“Anything is possible” and “living in a fantasy world” are the cognitive characteristics for 5-8 years old. At this stage children are right-brain dominants who sense life experience through feeling, imagining and exploring.
In this course children will use a large variety of drawing and painting materials to experience the joy of exploring shapes, forms, colours and textures which are the essential building blocks of art making. Painting Adventures shows children how to take their artwork to the next level and produce artwork that they will be proud of and treasure.
By developing skills and experiences from making visual art, children can benefit from improved psychological resilience and increased ‘right brain’ activity. An area which Hong Kong schools often ignore.
